Notes: I got this truck as a trade. Its a 1980 Luv 4x4. Everything works even the 4wd light in the dash. I'm going to be fixing little things here and there. Truck has a brand new motor and radiator. I also rewired it due to the main alt. wire fring. It has push bumpers in front and a roll bar. Adding lights later. Looking to form a Chevy Luv club here locally in yakima for 4x4, and helping each other out. |

Notes: Paid $300 in '08. Had rebuilt engine, but they put timing chain tensioner in backward and broke the chain. 4x4, manual shift. Replaced timing chain, alternator, fuel pump, fuel tank & lines, battery, 16" wheels, oil pressure switch, brake rotors, Seat, headliner, floorboard, repair rusted areas, paint. Got $2400 in it. Took 3 loads of 1 ton+ for my driveway. Runs like a scalded cat! Always wanted 1. Suits me fine for run to Lowe's or whereever for bulky loads. Bothers my bad knees but I'll run it as long as I am able. |
