LUV: 1980 On/Off Road
Name: James Murray
Location: Post Falls, ID USA
Notes: This is my "Mickadoo" (Mick-uh-doo). It's also my daily driver/work truck. I do have a rollbar too. It is perfect for restoration which I plan to do. There is no rust on the cab, and the bed well be replaced. I have wrecked it once in the front, luckily only pushed the radiator in two inches--nothing I can't fix. I do have a '79 parts truck with a front clip that's just perfect for my truck. Pics of that truck well be placed later but I did not take a pic of it before I stripped it down.

LUV: 1977 Daily Driver
Name: Neil Sjoberg
Location: Caldwell, ID USA
Forum Name: Farmer Joe
Notes: I bought this truck for $5. It had sat in the guys yard for 6 years till i got it. They has tried to fix an upper engine problem, and got the cam timing wrong and bent all the valves in the the head. So i put a spare G200 head on the G180 block, and now it runs like a champ. Its still rockin the stock yellow paint. Its got a fair amount of rust, but its not horrible. I lowered it 5 inches in the front, and 4 in the back. It still has all the stock leafs in it. It rolls on 15 inch mazda wheels, with 195 50 series tires.

LUV: 1980 Daily Driver
Name: Burt Hardister
Location: Fullerton, CA USA
Forum Name: Burt
Notes: Owned my truck since 1985 and it has a lot of stories. It's primarily all stock with small details. As everyone knows it wants to breath out dual exhaust coming out a V8 that day will come soon(CALIFORNIA EMISSIONS). But before all that it will get shot with paint. My son is already decided it is his, we are still talking about that.

Notes: Worn out and ratty, but it seems to run pretty well. Stock, but it was poorly 'souped up' probably 10 years ago. Has a funky fiberglass visor, a leaky canopy, chrome wagon wheels and rotten rockers. Bought it as a dump hauler, but may end up using it for a commuter at some point.

LUV: 1980 On/Off Road
Name: Mike
Location: Cedar City, UT USA
Notes: The first thing that I did when I bought my truck was put a 2" body lift on and new tires, then put a new motor in it that at the current time has 40,000 miles, did all the body work and got it ready to paint (the bed had holes through it and no rocker panels were left), and pulled out tons of dents, the $50 paint job finished the outside. On the interior I covered the door panels made some new shifter knobs and recarpeted it. All the work has been done by myself. Future plans are to put some dimond plate on the lower part of the door panels, recover the seat, give the dash a make over, put a bigger motor in, and a 15" lift with some bigger tires.
