Notes: I've got my dream car after 30yrs! this little 33yr old LUV is stock as! and has 76k's this time round and have been slowly gett'n stuff for it like screen, radials (it still had the crossply skinny's on it)Just lowered it by 3&1/2 inches and am planning a "rat-rod" style scheme. Next will be full moon-discs and white walls and minimalist style mirrors and dice the wood flat-top for a checker plate slimline tray. Like I said I drove one as a kid in 1979 and finally got one I should call it Freud or something coz back then my Father said never buy a LUV as his '77 was nothing but a lemon since new!

Notes: Hi my chevy luv has a 400 chev making 603hp at 6700, t400 with a 4800 stall and a 4.4 10 bolt rearend with 295 rubber. i have taken off the tub and fabricated a flat aluminium tray with the tubbs up through the tray. Taken out the tortion bars and replaced with spax coilovers. Has 15x3.5 and 15x10 convo pros for the street and centerline warriors for the strip. Has run 9.42 at the moment with a squirt of gas to come.
