Notes: Bought this truck new in October 1980. Paid $6000.00. Salesman clinched the deal by throwing in the tonneau cover free. Currently has 74,500 original miles. Added chrome wheels in 1984 and reupholstered bench seat in 2002. Everything else is original. Still use the truck for light hauling. This baby is still a head turner, even here in the heart of pickup country.

It is by far the most important thing i own it was a gift from my grandfather when he passed away and i protect it with my life(no joke). My LUV is the original red it was when it was sprayed at the factory in june of 1980. Its also a chick magnet lol j/k. But i do get alot of attention in it. People say stuff like that thing still runs?, and Is that thing 4wd?!?!? Oh yes and it will pull harder than a new truck. I love my truck so much i got a tatoo for it. Thats LUV.

Notes: I have a 1972 Chevy LUV. It has the 1.8 four cylinder with a split manifold with side pipes on each side. Custom black paint with a gold stripe. I lowered the back three inches so it sits level with the front. It has custom door panels and headliner. I put 05 Tiburon bucket seats in it. It has 205 70 14 tires in the front and 235 60 14 in the back on slotted mag wheels. It has a homemade bed cover on it. It has an 8 track player in it.
